The 14 aka The Wild Little Bunch (1973 UK).The film tells the broadly true story of fourteen London orphans who are forced to squat their own house after the death of their mother. There follows a battle between the forces of order - social workers, nuns and cops, and the anarchic spirit of the kids and their dog who only want one thing - to stay together. Directed by David Hemmings, this is a kitchen without a sink drama, like what they definitely don’t make any more.
